Central Square in Haymarket is a 24 level building that required an End of Trip Facility for tenants and staff.

The new facilities were designed specifically to highlight the buildings unique ceiling structures and specialist lighting was installed to enhance the bright and open feeling of the area. With the new bathrooms now featuring custom lockers, drying & airing cupboards, stone vanities with recessed basins, feature tiling and custom backlit mirrors, the new EOT space was a welcome addition to the building.

Whilst the EOT upgrade was taking place, each level of the building was also having a face lift of its existing amenities around the buildings core. All levels were occupied during the upgrade, which required a complete strip out of the existing bathrooms and installation of all new fixtures and fittings.
